Website checks

When you check a public website, its URL is sent to our Google Cloud server. The AI checker requests a bounded sample of public pages and linked code. The accessibility checker requests one public page’s HTML, without fetching its scripts, styles, or frames. Color-pair calculations stay in your browser. The destination site can see those requests. We do not run its scripts, access private accounts, send the URL to an AI model provider, or maintain an application-level scan history. Never submit credentials or private links.

Project inquiries

The quote form collects the contact details, website, services, budget, timing, and project description you choose to submit. Requests are stored in a private Google Cloud Storage bucket and emailed to Kegan through Resend, with notifications delivered to Gmail. We use this information to respond to your inquiry and manage project discussions, not to add you to a mailing list.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, or sensitive account information. Inquiry records are kept as needed for follow-up and business records. Contact Kegan to request access, a correction, or deletion; some records may need to be retained for applicable business or legal obligations.

Technical logs and cookies

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, response status, and similar technical information to deliver and protect the site. These operational logs are separate from a saved checker history. This launch version does not install advertising or analytics cookies.

We also collect cookie-free, first-party measurements: page-view events, quote-form starts and confirmations, and rounded Core Web Vitals measurements for canonical page paths. We do not include visitor IDs, referrers, query strings, form contents, or the URLs entered into the checker in these measurements. They are used in aggregate to improve the site, are held privately in Google Cloud operational logs, and are not shared with advertising platforms. This measurement code respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Infrastructure access logs described above remain separate.

Other websites

Examples, product references, and other external links lead to independently operated websites. Their own privacy practices apply when you visit them. We do not control those sites or treat their inclusion as permission to reuse their content.

For a privacy request, identify the information or submission concerned without sending passwords or identity documents in your initial email. We will update this page if our collection or use of information changes.
